Back in Shanghai in time for a farewell party…

Glad to be back in Shanghai and glad I could make it to Yngve’s farewell party last night. It is a funny feeling to see a good friend go. I guess this is one of the down side of the ex-pat life. Not sure I like it.
Quite an event, even the Shanghai daily reported on it…

So the week back home is almost over…

A great weekend in France followed by a whole week at home in Germany. Holidays do I hear you say? On paper yes, fact is I went to the office every day except for this afternoon. Early start tomorrow morning to catch the first flight to Paris and then on to Shanghai from there.
I shall be going to the office on Wednesday but will most likely find my way to my favorite “watering hole” on Wednesday evening. If I recall, aperitif time is around 7pm…

Another great race weekend

Another weekend packed with action, good friends and a good race.
Got loads and loads of photos which now need sorting out and uploading. Keep watching this space… The first ones are here… I also have a couple of short videos…
and of course good to see Peugeot win. Feel a bit sorry for Pescarolo though.
Cannot wait for the 2010 Le Mans 24H.

Chilling out in Shanghai

Had a great Saturday at one of the pools in Shanghai.
The last 2 hours were maybe “unwisely” spent at the pool bar…
